The Base Contains 3 Plastic Rings Which Can Be Added Or Removed To Suit Your Parasol Pole. Most Parasol Poles Are Between 38Mm And 48Mm. We Recommend A 25Kg Parasol Base Is Used In Conjunction With A Table But It Is Also Heavy Enough To Support The Weight Of A Parasol Standing Alone. Due To The Weight Of The Base, It Comes With Wheels Fitted, Meaning It Can Be Moved Around With Ease In Your Garden.

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?
If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc. If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

When click and collect is selected you will be then notified when your order is processed and will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible when your item(s) will be ready for collection.

Please bring proof of purchase either via a physical printed copy or alternatively a digital copy on your phone in order for our staff to double check your order details and finalise your collection.
We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.
In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.
